Advertising Terms of Service

These terms govern advertising subscriptions on Neighbors Of publications, operated by Neighborhood Printing & Digital ("we," "us").

1. The service

We publish premium direct-mail cards delivered monthly via USPS to homes in the stated delivery area. Each card carries one advertiser per business category. Home counts are route-based estimates provided by USPS and may vary modestly between mailings.

2. Billing & auto-renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly, per send, to your card on file, and renew automatically until canceled. Flexible plans renew month-to-month. Founding Advertiser plans carry a 12-month minimum term at a locked rate, then renew monthly. Prices at signup are honored for the committed term; month-to-month rates may change with notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via the self-serve billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — or, for Founding plans, at the end of the committed 12-month term. Because print runs are committed in advance, an ad scheduled for the current mailing will still be printed.

4. Category exclusivity

Founding Advertisers hold their category exclusively for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Flexible advertisers hold their category on a month-to-month basis and may be displaced at the end of a cycle if a Founding Advertiser claims the category. Category definitions are assigned reasonably by us.

5. Ad content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your ad content and offers. We may decline content that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with a family-audience publication. Where design services are included, final placement and layout are at our reasonable discretion.

6. Performance

Advertising results vary; we do not guarantee response rates, calls, or sales. QR-scan reporting, where included, is provided for information only.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a mailing is limited to the amount you paid for that mailing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for USPS delivery variances outside our control.
