Neighborhood Printing & Digital operates the Neighbors Of publications and websites. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
From advertisers: business name, contact details, and billing information (card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your full card number). From site visitors: basic usage data needed to operate the site. QR codes on printed ads record scan counts; they do not identify the household that scanned.
To provide and bill the advertising service, deliver proofs and performance reports, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing via Stripe, hosting, email delivery, print and mailing vendors), each bound to use it solely to provide their service.
Email us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing messages. Transactional emails (receipts, billing notices) are sent as part of the service.
